6 Week Weight Loss Program
Body Empowered Fitness' 6 Week Weight Loss Program is a comprehensive physical conditioning program that combines the expertise and benefits of one-on-one personal fitness training with the camaraderie and motivation of working in a group with others just like you. We do fitness the old-fashioned way.
Basic Training is a six week program three days or five days per week. The program meets for one hour each day. It builds in intensity as your fitness level improves. We vary workouts by continuously developing new routines.
Our workouts are based on a combination of strength and cardiovascular exercises.

Do I have to be in shape to join?
NO! The point of our program is to get you in shape. There is really only one basic fitness requirement we have: we ask that your physician approves of you participating in our program.
Remember that we are not comparing you to anyone else - we are here to make sure you are fulfilling your potential and doing your best. Every day that you wait to sign up because you want to "get in better shape first" is another day wasted that could have been spent in Sylvia's boot camp Training - getting yourself in the best shape of your life!

How long is each daily workout?
Each workout lasts for 1 hour. It starts with a warm-up jog and finishes with a cool down stretch.
Clients who complete boot camp Basic Training show dramatic improvement in strength and speed. They also report lower stress levels at home and work, and an overall improvement in mood.

Quality Instruction
Workouts are developed by certified functional personal trainers with 5 years of training experience. Classes are led by "Drill Instructors" who are either certified personal trainers or are studying for their certification. Drill Instructor-to-client ratio averages 1:15, allowing individual attention/instruction when needed.
Motivation
Drill Instructors are dedicated to encouraging each client to give every exercise their best effort. Workouts are different every day.
Their are circuit workouts, strength workouts, and new workouts are continuously being developed to keep things fresh. |
